How much will I pay to the court as the result of a DUI conviction?

• First offense, no test result or under .15: $940.50 minimum to $8,845.50 maximum
  
  
• First offense, .15 or over or refusal: $1,195.50 minimum to $8,845.50 maximum
  
  
• Second offense, no test result or under .15: $1,195.50 minimum to $8,845.50 maximum
  
  
• Second offense, .15 or over or refusal: $1,620.50 minimum to $8,845.50 maximum
• Third or fourth offense, no test result or under .15: $2,045.50 minimum to $8,845.50 maximum
  
  
• Third or fourth offense, .15 or over or refusal: $2,895.50 minimum to $8,845.50 maximum
  
  
• Felony DUI (four or more prior offenses): up to five years in prison and up to a $10,000.00 fine (based on sentencing guidelines)
